1. Delivery

1.1. We offer the most popular and secure delivery methods:

1.3. Courier deliveries are carried out on business days.

1.4. The dispatch time is indicated for each product and refers to the time required to prepare the order for shipment.

1.5. Delivery time is the period required by the carrier to deliver the package to the destination:

·                 Within Poland: usually 1 business day,

·                 Within the European Union: 3 to 5 business days.

 

2. Returns

2.1. Jewelry purchased online can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.

2.2. Returns are not accepted for personalized jewelry (including engraved items) or items made to special order.

2.3. Returned jewelry must originate from the relevant order (matching serial number) and must show no signs of use.
